In practice
What you share with us is treated as confidential. We are glad to work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement whenever you would like that assurance in writing.
Your information is seen by those working on your engagement, and anything that identifies your property stays within it.
When an engagement ends, we return or securely remove what is no longer needed, on a timeline agreed with you.
Our methodology improves with every engagement. The lessons we carry forward are anonymised and general, never a property's identity or its numbers.
